Irma Monjaraz joined Aurora Consulting Group in 2025 as a Client Controller Assistant, bringing over a decade of experience in tax preparation.

Irma specializes in serving small businesses and individuals, with a focus on maximizing deductions and credits while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations. Her work includes the preparation and e-filing of tax returns such as Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065.

Known for her organized and dependable approach, Irma excels at translating complex tax regulations into clear, actionable advice for both clients and team members. She is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse client base with clarity and care.

Outside of work, Irma enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in creative projects, and exploring new ways to stay productive. She brings the same attention to detail and thoughtful energy to her personal life as she does to her role at Aurora.
