Connor Brooks

Connor joined Aurora Consulting Group with a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and client advisory services. As Client Controller, Connor helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of client financial data while supporting tax strategy, financial reporting, and technical accounting oversight across the firm.

Prior to joining Aurora Consulting Group, Connor worked as a Senior Accountant supporting both a CPA practice and an asset management firm, where he assisted with tax preparation, financial statement compilation, portfolio accounting, reconciliations, and client advisory services across a variety of industries. His background also includes experience in cost accounting and accounts receivable management, giving him a well-rounded understanding of operational finance and accounting processes.

Connor is known for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of financial accuracy. With experience in tax compliance, general ledger management, and workflow improvement, he brings a practical and solutions-oriented approach to supporting both clients and internal teams. His collaborative communication style and dedication to continuous improvement contribute to the professional and client-focused culture of Aurora Consulting Group.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys golfing, watching sports, snowboarding, and going on hikes.
