Mary joined Aurora Consulting Group in 2015 after leaving her job as a research assistant at Vanderbilt University. Mary serves our clients as the Client Controller and leads the tax arm of our firm. She specializes in tax and is responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies. Mary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics. In addition to her CTEC certification, Mary is also a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor. Mary’s proficiency in research and problem solving supports our clients in solving high-level accounting problems and managing complicated tax projects.
Mary spends her free time outdoors, exploring the surrounding areas of her California mountain home. She enjoys tending to her chickens, gardening and the occasional ice bath!
